1) Withdrawal
1.1 Returns due to withdrawal are accepted within 7 calendar days after receipt of the merchandise;

5) Product defects
5.1 In accordance with article 18 of the CDC, the company has 30 (thirty) days to resolve the incident from the date of receipt of the product.
