I would like to know how I can regulate myself to manufacture sausages.
I produce approximately 100 kg just for neighbors and friends considering that I am unemployed!
Can I be fined or arrested?

There are those who sell this manual online, but it was actually made available as a courtesy by a manufacturer of ingredients and additives, so there is no cost!
