COMPANY HISTORY

The Millennial company, a tribute to charcuterie, which is an ancient art, arose from the idea of promoting the activity of artisanal charcuterie, which over time gained momentum through experience exchange groups via the internet. Those interested in quality products exchanged recipes and shared their successes and mistakes through videos, posts and comments, thereby improving their production techniques for sausages, salami, cups, hot dogs, etc.

MISSION/VISION

The charcutaria.org website was developed containing general information, recipes and experiences. Later, the online store was added so that small producers and chefs could have access to the materials needed for production. To this end, we started looking for partners that would serve us, allowing small producers and interested parties to purchase smaller volumes. We seek to bring the latest market innovations in materials, ingredients and supplies so that we can all create better products.
